Texoil Limited was formed in 1995 to provide a domestic and commercial distribution channel for the Texaco brand in Ireland. Its objective was to offer a fast, efficient service to its customers by delivering Texaco quality fuel at a competitive price, and this remains the focus for the business today.
In 2001, Chevron Corporation merged with Texaco Inc. and as a result Texoil Limited became part of Chevron. When Chevron Limited was sold to Valero Energy Corporation in 2011, the company’s name was changed to Valero Marketing Ireland Limited to reflect that it was now part of the Valero family of brands.
Valero Marketing Ireland Limited, under the Texoil brand, continues to be a proud supplier of Texaco quality fuels to domestic, commercial, agricultural and marine customers in Ireland. The company has an integrated team of knowledgeable and well trained staff across Ireland whose collective aim is to get fuel to our customers when they need it.
